New Jersey's 발달장애국 (DDD) supports eligible adults age 21 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Funded largely through Medicaid, DDD helps individuals live, work, and take part in their communities with the right mix of support.
Day-to-day help that builds independence — assistance with daily living skills, community activities, and social participation, delivered where the person lives and spends their day.
One-on-one assistance tailored to a person's goals: activities of daily living, customized meal planning, household management, safety awareness, and support with appointments and medication reminders.
Support to take part fully in community life — local events, volunteer opportunities, hobbies, and building friendships and social skills in inclusive settings.
Respite gives family caregivers short-term relief, in-home or out-of-home, while transportation provides safe, reliable rides to appointments, day programs, employment, and community activities.
Your Support Coordinator helps build an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) that combines the services 매칭합니다ing your loved one's goals. Harmony Support is an NJ DDD approved provider — call (973) 920-5737 to talk through the right mix.
