Regulated by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, our HCSF approval authorizes us to provide non-medical personal care and companion services in the home and in assisted-living settings.
As an approved provider under New Jersey's Divisão de Deficiências do Desenvolvimento, we help individuals achieve the goals set within their Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
In New Jersey, a Health Care Service Firm (HCSF) approval designates a state-regulated agency authorized to provide non-medical personal care and companion services to individuals in their homes or assisted-living environments. Overseen by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, this classification permits our firm to place Certified Início Health Aides (CHHAs) and homemakers who assist clients with the routine activities of daily living — such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping — rather than providing skilled medical treatments.
To maintain this approval, our agency adheres to strict compliance standards, including mandatory third-party accreditation and oversight by a Registered Nurse (RN), who develops and supervises the non-medical care plans. The result is safe, high-quality daily support delivered with accountability to the populations who rely on us most.
