Support that helps individuals thrive

As a New Jersey DDD Approved Provider, Harmony helps individuals with developmental disabilities achieve the goals set in their Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Our trained staff foster independence, community connection, and confidence — at home and out in the community.

We would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you, your family, or your Support Coordinator to build the right mix of services.

How It Works

Getting started is simple

Three easy steps from your first call to caring, in-home support.

1

Free Consultation

We listen. A care coordinator learns about your loved one's needs, routines, and preferences — in your home or over the phone, at no cost.

2

Personalized Care Plan

Our Director of Nursing builds a detailed, flexible plan and reviews the home for safety, so nothing is left to chance.

3

Meet Your Caregiver

We match a vetted, trained Certified Home Health Aide by both skill and personality — and adjust anytime as needs change.
